Ellen M. Nebgen, 49, of Swansea, IL, born December 30, 1964, in Belleville, IL, died Monday, May 5, 2014, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.
Ellen was a licensed plumber and a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 101. She had many friends and was loved by all. She was especially close to her “ya-ya sisters” with whom she traveled and enjoyed life.
